At Dopamine Spaces, we pour care, creativity, and emotional intelligence into every service, workshop, and resource we offer. Because many of our offerings are custom, digital, or experiential, our return policy is designed to honor both your experience and the integrity of our work.

💻 Digital Products (Guides, Glossaries, Questionnaires)

Due to the nature of downloadable content, all digital products are non-refundable once delivered. If you experience technical issues or believe a file is incomplete, please contact us at [insert email] and we’ll do our best to resolve it.

🎨 Services (Interior Decorating, Styling, E-Design)

Service fees are non-refundable once work has begun. If you need to reschedule or pause a project, we’ll work with you to find a compassionate solution. Deposits may be transferable depending on the stage of the project.

👐 Workshops (Dopamine Makers Collective)

Workshop registrations are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another participant or credited toward a future workshop if notice is given at least 72 hours in advance. We understand that life happens—please reach out if you need support.

💌 Custom Requests

For custom icons, motifs, or emotionally intelligent assets, refunds are not available once design work has started. We welcome feedback and iterative edits to ensure the final product feels aligned and joyful.
